Acceptable use

A small shared platform depends on responsible, lawful use.

Ashore Acceptable Use Policy
Version: 2026-10-13

You may use Ashore and customer-controlled applications only with lawful authority. Do not use Ashore for infringement, piracy, unlawful content, malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, spam, harassment, exploitation, unauthorized account sharing, bypassing paywalls or technical controls, or evading provider limits.

Authorized security testing of applications and resources you control is permitted when it is scoped to those resources and does not scan, attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Ashore, Kubernetes, Caddy, Proxmox, databases, management endpoints, other tenants, or shared infrastructure. Stop testing when requested by the operator.

Do not conduct denial-of-service attacks, intrusion attempts, cryptocurrency mining, botnet activity, unsolicited bulk traffic, or resource abuse. Do not expose administrator passwords, resell access outside an agreed arrangement, or submit unnecessary secrets to support.

Report abuse or suspected infringement to the published support or abuse contact with the affected Ashore URL, issue, supporting information, and a way to contact you. The operator may investigate, restrict, or terminate access as reasonably necessary for misuse, security, or legal obligations.

Structure adapted from the General Legal acceptable-use template, released under CC0. This Ashore policy is service-specific and is not legal advice.
