Send a written notice to the support or abuse contact listed below with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material sufficient for Ashore to find it; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
Ashore may request clarification, forward a complaint to the account holder, restrict access, remove material where appropriate, and retain records needed to process the complaint or comply with law. Ashore does not decide difficult ownership disputes and may direct parties to resolve them directly.
Counter-notice
If material was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, the account holder may send a counter-notice with their signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief that removal was mistaken; and their name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction and service requirements required by applicable law.
After a compliant counter-notice, Ashore may restore material or disable it as required by law, including after notice of a court action. Repeat infringement may result in account termination under the Terms of service.
